    • Vehicle Is Unsafe For Being On The Road Customer Signature:____________________________ The Following Fails PA State Inspection: Several Locations Of The Frame Are Either Rotted And Or Extremely Thin Front Upper & Lower Ball Joints Have Excessive Play All Steering Linkage Components Have Excessive Play Driver's Seat Cushion Is Deteriorated And Metal Frame Is Exposed Parking Brake Is Inoperative Windshield Washer Hose Is Broken – Washers Inoperative Both Daytime Running Light Bulbs Are Inoperative Right High Beam Bulb Is Inoperative Right Side License Plate Light Bulb Is Inoperative Exhaust Leak From Exhaust Manifolds Due To Broken Bolts Muffler/ Tailpipe Section Does Not Pass Rear Axle Other Recommendations: Rodent Nest On Top Of Fuel Tank Brake Lines That Were Replaced Are Not Secured And Are Rubbing On The Vehicle Frame Clunking Noticed In Steering Column – Possible Selector Shaft Issue Fluid Leaks From The Following: Transmission, Engine Valve Cover Gaskets, Possible Concern With Cylinder Head Gaskets, Leaks Present From Freeze Plugs
    • Codes Present For Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor And EBCM Motor Relay Circuit – Front Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor Wire Damaged And Zip Tied To Right Front Brake Hose
